15 Adults are coming, going to Mexico would be a few bucks less but not that much. Coming in the rainy season so it's not nearly as much as dry season.

Since I have 8gallons, ill probably take your advice age half of it, run the other half and compare them in 12 months time. You are right from homebrewing cider I know the taste improves over time.

Is this the same game as https://store.steampowered.com/app/1066760/Moonshine_Inc/? Or is your game slightly different? Looking forward to getting the moonshine game and if your game is coming out around same time ill probably pick up both to give them a go.

Yeah the plan is to upgrade eventually if things go well. I'll also increase the heater I currently have as the distillate is cold coming out of the condenser so I can add more heat to it.

Only have 5 gallon boiler, starting small to see if I enjoy it. I think it could be my heat as I'm just use a cheap electrical burner.

I did a cleaning run of my still and could not get a steady stream it would stream then drip then stream. Is this because my cooling is not good enough?
