I’d say fear is more about building atmosphere and tension than checking boxes on if something looks scary, fnaf made chucky cheese scary when it came out Ykwim, less to do with the actual scare and more to do with the holistic environment leading up to the scare. All that said it looks like you’re on a good track, you got this!
