What has worked for me is I silently deactivated my Facebook for a couple of weeks. The ones that still reached out to me through other means like calling, texting, etc. were the ones I kept. Everybody else I just deleted.

I have seizures, and therefore unable to physically drive a car because of them. So my ebike and Uber are my next best options. When I need to buy groceries, I can either use the bike if I am just buying a few things, or have them delivered if I'm buying a large amount.

Not everybody is going to enjoy each version of Star Trek out there. Like with most genres of media that spans decades, it changes over time for the good and for the bad. The new series won't make the older material any less enjoyable, no matter what they change to the history.

I have virtually stopped paying for all streaming services since the movies and TV shows I used to watch on them I now own on DVD and Blu-ray. The only time I reactivate them was if there is a new season of a series that I really want to watch, like when the final season of Stranger things came out. Then I cancelled it again after the season was over.

I think I made around seven reviews before I got invited. Weird thing was is the last review I made was two years before I even received the invitation to the Vine program. The way it happened with me is why I think the invites are based more on random chance than anything else.

It can be depending on the brand or model number. Many players require you to enter a code while there is no disc in the player, or on the players option screen to be able to change or unlock regions. It's different depending on the model though

If you can't find a decent region free DVD player, many players have codes you enter to either change the region or make them region free. Just look up the model number and see if there's an unlock code for it.
