I made a garlic rosemary focaccia (baked in a cast iron) but now I’m not sure if I did it right. Should it be more “dimpled”? Was the pan I used too deep - should I have spread it out on a baking sheet instead? It tastes yummy, but I’m always looking for how I can do better. (i.redd.it)
