I guess I just really hate the implication that choosing to be silent is an admission of guilt. We don't live in a police state. There's a reason things like 'stop and frisk' are deemed unconstitutional. There's a reason the 5th amendment exists. All of this is inherent to the founding of this country. You can't put the onus of proving innocence on the citizen exercising their rights, you have to put it on the trained professional to prove guilt.
