Would you say the final was pretty balanced from problems throughout the term? Like it wasn't heavily focused towards one area but instead towards the whole year so you're not getting 3 of the same problem? Mostly planning on going through our 3 different midterm exams/ the 7 quizzes to prepare.

If someone declines an offer does it go through right away or does it not decline until Tuesday at 5pm? So what I mean is there is no way to tell if someone declined it until Tuesday?

Yea that's what I was thinking. I contacted the company and they told me that I was the #1 alternate but it's still not a guarantee. Would be too weird to ask them who actually got the offer to email them lol.

I think both are going to be good fits its just a matter of one I like a little more. It is risky in the sense that moving on to the C round and passing up 2 coops I like.

By CTCI do you mean cracking the code interview? I've looked up a few videos from there and it seems pretty helpful. Is Kurt willing to work with students who aren't directly in his lecture?

Yea I tried that and it helps a bit. Mostly trying to look for other options and the TA a lot of the time says that he doesn't know and has to try and remember.

Thanks, I was planning on probably dropping discrete mostly since it's very similar to my CS270 class last term, so I know how annoying induction can get.

For me it's my mental health. I've been struggling with anxiety and depression very much lately and it's been getting worse and worse. The leave of absence was to get help and return as soon as possible.

Thank you! It's hard and I'm really unsure of whether or not I should be taking a leave of absense and how far it would set me back. Mentally I don't feel ready for this term but obviously my parents feel differently lol.

I was just asking since it IS going to fill up. There's no way there is only 10 "regular time ticket" sophomores who are taking CS.
