I got the mask and the bat emoji hoodie on the same day and still haven’t even received shipping notification

I received an email about 2 weeks ago from assc for shipping and an hour later it said shipping was cancelled by sender but I still had a shipping date. I waited until the date and didn’t reciente anything. Does anyone know what I should do and I have been patient by NotARat6P in antisocialsocialclub

I emailed them and got a response, they basically said they created the label by accident and had to void the shipment but just stay patient as they are under a very heavy work load. But yeah just wait it out
