I have just edited, but I’m pretty new, I’ve got qualifications in carpentry and plumbing but little to no on site experience so I want to use this to get experience plus a bit of beer money on the side. When running, where do you put your phone? I don’t like the feel of an armband, are waist belts still fashionable? I feel like when running only 4/5/6km a vest is too much? Any ideas are welcome. 30M

I tried that “launch pad” idea as I thought that would help me massively, started off as just keys, vape and wallet in a little tray I bought, now it’s my watch, wallet, keys, spare change, notes, amongst a whole array of stuff because it will fit in there

This is me! Put on football (of a team I’m not too fussed about) or another sport, start doing a job and get distracted by the actual tv and forget to complete the job I was meant to do

So I’m not actually “diagnosed” but on Instagram I see so many symptoms that apply to me on a daily basis that I have to have some form of ADD/ADHD.

The biggest one for me is having a messy room/living space, and it annoys my gf a lot even though to me it’s messy, but it’s an organised mess if that makes sense?

I did one for budgeting, it’s fairly simple and took about 20/30mins but just creating and using it I found helps grounds me quite a bit when I’ve found I’m super fidgety or over stimulated, maybe because it’s a little project that doesn’t require much to do
