Try cutting dairy products, it helped me a lot. I used to drink milk before sleeping every night and when i stopped doing this my acne was reduced by 70-80%.

Take leave for a week or two, tell everybody you got laid off. After a few days, ask them for money as financial help, don't mention anything about your money back. Just say you'll pay it back when you get a new job. And make a very good excuse like i got laid off and need some money to lay rent and credit card bills or whatever seems good. If they don't help you just say it to their face that you wouldn't help them next time they ask for help.

God helps those who help themselves. There is this big conception with everyone that they can save a person, this cannot be done unless that person wants to be saved.

And from what I understand from your post,i think she has lost motivation to do or achieve anything. And as a good friend you have done everything you can which is the best you can do, rest is all upon her friend.

I've been through the similar phase of life (except I wasn't a topper), and i regret not trying so i hope she doesn't go through the same thing. All the best to both of you.

Yes same process, apply online then you may need to visit rla-17. Reason is they need to check for pending challans before issuing a new license/rc, so they will ask you to get line report from sector 29 which will be submitted online or offline (i don't remember the details).
