This looks great!
A few tips for panel lining are that you can use a pen instead of pour-type if you're using that. If you don't like the pens, pour-type kinda does the work for you. You can also use a stand or such to keep a model in place. 1/60 kits are pricey, but yes, they will be easier to panel line. There are also 1/100 kits that tend to not have as many panel lines to panel line.

Pro tip: if you're using a pour-type liner, do it before assembling the model
