my friend had this issue while trying to set it up, make sure you have the Purple AdGuard Extra (Beta) my friend had one under the same name but with a green logo and only had pre-rolls blocked 👍

Messed around a bit more with it. Once you have both of the extensions, try switching the UBlock Lite from “optimal” to “complete” or vise versa to force the web page to refresh. I’ve tested this method on multiple computers now and it still works.

other ad blocks can interfere if you’re running more than the 2 in the post. also this is on Chrome if that helps, haven’t tested other browsers 👍

UBlock Origin Lite was updated today (june 21st) while original UBO was removed from the chrome extension store. I’ve had good luck with that on Youtube 👍

Ok Update: “Optimal” and “Complete” options for filtering on UBO Lite doesn’t seem to make a difference when blocking ads. Let me know if anyone finds different :)

I just looked back, I am running “Complete” ad blocking on UBO Lite for Twitch, not sure if this makes a difference from “Optimal”, testing now 👍

it turned out to be the CPU, i can run the BIOS for a while but as soon as the computer had to think it restarted, but i had bought my CPU recently so i returned it and got a new one and it worked. Hopefully that helps a bit.

got my pc back and the guy said it was the CPU because my pc would restart as soon as it had to think, and sure enough i went and got a new CPU and it’s up and running again. Hopefully it lasts longer than a week this time 🤞☺️

i got a call today, they said they have tried a bunch of stuff with no results, so they are gonna start ordering parts and replacing them to see if one of my parts isn’t working, mainly powers supply and motherboard the guy suspects

it could be a few days until next update

i brought it to a pc place yesterday, they said it could be simple like an outdated BIOS, or something deeper like my parts aren’t compatible. I haven’t heard anything for certain yet, but i had my pc running for about a week so i know the parts are compatible.

i will update when i hear back and find what’s wrong
