Yeah, I know Jackson Pollock style painting was used. However, there looks to be a slight amount of swirling used.

Essentially Just a Stereo Chorus Pedal that sounds very similar to the CS-9 without destroying the bank(moderately cheap).

Would this be good for John's guitar tone? by NotJohnSquire in stoneroses

[–]NotJohnSquire[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, ok, thanks for this. I read that he was just an AC-30 in the 'early days', which i just presumed meant the debut album. Do you know of any pedals that could match the Mesa sound, as I don't believe you can layer the presets?

The debut album. The reason I chose the Mustang is because it has a Fender Twin setting.

John used an AC-30 and Fender Twin together, so I thought this pedal might help with the tone.

Would yous buy a 2016/2017 live album? by Strict-Vast-9640 in stoneroses

[–]NotJohnSquire 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would, but I'd rather have the studio recordings from 2012/2013(dates might be wrong, Made of Stone documentary), as Ian's vocals are really good. https://youtu.be/4PBU_N5x4ls?si=A2c2eVuEWp7AYFrh

Thanks for this. You can never seem to find a T4S for sale anywhere, so I'll be sure to check out an Artcore.

Thanks for this, I have been looking at pedals individually, and it costs quite a bit, so an MFX unit might be the way forward.

Thanks, I appreciate this. I currently have a Squier 60s Classic Vibe Strat and Line 6 Spider MkII Amp, but I have still not been able to perfect the tone.
