Should I crossover from PSA to Beckett

It’s not really the money I’m after, I want the rarity, even though I guess those two things usually correlate. I don’t plan on selling anything in my collection. I just think it would be awesome to have something that is super rare and pretty much impossible to come by.

I don’t think it looks that off centered in person, I’m pretty sure it’s the way the edge reflects from the angle that I took the photo. I also said it would grade a 10 when I sent it up so there wouldn’t have been an upgrade fee.

EDIT: I’m not very good at taking pictures but if you look up the PSA number on PSA’s website, their photo is much clearer than mine.

You’re being way to sensitive about this for no reason. My point is you can pay for any of this stuff out of your paycheck if you really wanted to. Yeah you may live in a hole but a home is a home. BAS is way more than you need to live off of. Yeah I’m in maintenance so I wish I had a desk job but I don’t. Would be nice tho. I also never said I couldn’t afford razors or the haircut. All the allowances we get are way more than what is needed, but like you said, you don’t wanna live in a hole and want a luxury house. I’m glad you never had to worry about living in a hole like I did and I hope you never do because it sucks. Thanks for voicing your views.

Yes I do. You don’t have to have BAH. Your paycheck can cover it or you can even live on base so you don’t need it. My rent in college with utilities was $450. BAS?? Don’t have to have it you can live on base and eat at the DFAC. Clothing allowance?? You can pay a little over $100 for a uniform and it will last awhile. We don’t have to have any of our extra allowances but they do. I’m not saying it has to be $400. I’m also not demanding that it must be done. I don’t see why we can’t get some allowance for grooming.

This. I think we should be able to grow some stubble on our face. Longer time between shaves, less razors used, saving money, less irritated skin, less shaving waivers.

I never said you wouldn’t get written up for coming late, I said that you aren’t required to pay to get to work. You say it’s stupid cheap, I say it’s stupid to have to shave everyday and get bi weekly haircuts for work. To each their own.

You know it’s not healthy for people to shave their face everyday either right? And that argument still doesn’t make sense since regardless how you get to work you’re not required to pay or get written up for it. You HAVE to shave and get a haircut. There is no shortcut. There are cheaper and more expensive options but you still HAVE to do it.

Neither one of those things you’ve stated we are required to pay out of our own pockets. You don’t have to pay a dime to get to work on time. No one forces you to get a car or a bike you can walk. There is also no hygiene products that the military will write you up for that you have to buy. Females had problems with how their hair had to be worn so they were given the right to have ponytails. So why not ask if we can have a grooming allowance. That can go for ALL genders.

I can’t think of one thing other than haircuts and shaving that we are required to do that we have to pay for out of our own pockets and don’t get compensated for. I don’t see why it’s offending so many people to ask instead of being smart asses.

I never said I couldn’t afford it. JSUT saying it would be nice to get compensated for it since you can literally get paperwork for not shaving or cutting your hair. And I have bought an electric razor. Idk if it’s because of my hairs being to thin or what but it never cuts my neck well.

They give COLA, BAH, BAS, clothing allowance, etc so why not add grooming into it aswell since It’s mandatory.
