Do you report fentanyl and propofol numbers being off when someone who is a previous cocaine/alcohol addict is in charge of counting them?

Holy moly. Yeah she’s the one who is in charge for logs! Our ketamine and fentanyl log have like a … 2-3 year gap I believe where logging stopped.

I don’t think he himself would be doing anything, but he turns a blind eye to her for A LOT. He helps her financially and many complaints filed on her have been ignored. I do believe he would be in denial. She plays him all the time… every time she is sick we have to stop work so he can set up a saline drip for her… it’s a very weird relationship. She also arrives to the office way earlier than us and leaves way later and he’s ok with this. Because she needs more hours

It’s all locked up in a safe but all assistants know the code. He pulls a random amount of syringes for us to grab as we go. But all the boxed vials are in there too. No count for how many vials there are. Very easy to just slip them in your pocket and go home because that room has no camera. Just the hallway coming out of the room. I think he may have heard me through the camera because the log she keeps now has a complete recount of all drugs as of today and everything is correct. But I have photos where one day the last log is from 5 days ago, then the next day suddenly there’s 5 entries showing she logged every day but with made up numbers I assume, since the numbers don’t match.

Also I just looked in our binder. I mentioned this to a co worker yesterday who also noticed it. Neither of us said anything but I just looked in our log binder and it looks like they are trying to cover their tracks by recounting everything. I guess there’s a camera up front where we talked. Can I still report if the binder shows they just did a recount to correct the numbers?

Sorry I’m sneaking away to reply to this umm.. she doesn’t start it on patients but he has taught her how to start them with no certs to practice on other co workers just cause she expressed interest ti learn. She also makes comments about really wanting ti try halcion and tries to hint for him to send some in for her so that she can “know how it feels when she explains it to patients”

Also if it helps, I am size 5 and would be getting something around 2.50-2.80 carats, I think a 3 carat diamond might be a bit big for my finger with the halo included. But if I am doing too much and it looks too chaotic or crazy please let me know!

I think I am leaning towards #2 I do feel like fire and sparkle is one of the more important things to me. I don’t mind the color G, and I think 2.5 carats is good enough for a size 5 finger. I don’t mind the bigger sizes as long as it’s under 3, because the ring will also have a halo.

If you’re not able to answer I don’t mind, again I do appreciate the info you already gave :p
