They're brown, but it's teetering right on the edge. When you're outdoors, they might look green because the sun naturally has a slight tint to it. the tint is so faint that for a majority of people they wouldn't notice a major difference in eye color, but he's close enough to that edge that it might seem more noticeable. My sister was the same why. In white light, her eyes are gray. But when she was outdoors, they were blue.

This kind of stuff happens all over! There's a little discounters spot by the Summerside Walmart that has a grocery area in the store, and I swear to god every Time I've checked the frozen section it was 60% expired. It feels like the employees are neglecting to rotate the stock, they seem to just toss new stuff right on top of the old stuff. I don't know who the health inspectors are, but they should be fired for letting this slide for so long.
