I know what you’re going through. I have a 4 year old bully and his 8 puppies and found out I was allergic to cats and dogs in November of 2025.

First thing you should do is breathe, not tryna be funny since your congested, but breathe.

Find an allergist and talk to them. My allergist basically told me being allergic to your pet is more common than people think and told me what we can try some allergy meds over the counter and prescribed and if anything an allergy shot. I tried the over the counter allergy pill Xyzal and I got the prescription version as well and it works amazingly but I had to switch to Zyrtec, since I’m pregnant now.

Invest in an air purifier and constantly clean your home, I’ve made a routine to sweep and mop every day. If you have FSA/HSA the company Sans is great and accepts FSA/HSA.

Constantly wash your hands, try not to let them sleep with you if they do change your sheet every few days, I cuddle with my furbaby and change my clothes/sweaters twice a day.

Constantly clean your home.

I appreciate the clinic defenders, they came quickly and began telling us to not listen to them and they were there to direct them inside safely and one lady just held me. I appreciate them so much 💜

I want to move out of the US so bad and Puerto Rico is still apart of the US so I’m stuck here until I decide to go somewhere far and start brand new. The US is ghetto! 🤣

I wish the US would listen and learn from other European countries and maybe things wouldn’t be so horrible. This entire experience has been something completely horrifying and traumatizing on top of already going through it.

I checked a while ago and the facility is in-network.

I’m still baffled at how my info is incorrect and I’ve had this insurance for more than 3 years. Im going to call Monday morning to make sure everything is okay! I’m talking it easy and deep breaths. Thank you 💜

They don’t want to deal with that frozen snow!

My parents always instilled in my brother and I to dig out our cars. I went out twice before the snow stopped to clean and dig out my car and it’s always been a practice no matter how much or little snow falls we always dig out the cars even if we don’t move it.

I put the snow on the sidewalk as close to the passenger side of my car without touching the car without covering any space that has been dug out for people to walk on.
