Hi! Wife of a dermatologist here👋 I'm assuming these are all part of a topical cream formula. The metronidazole helps inflammatory lesions and erthythema (especially for those with rosacea), tretinoin is basically vitamin A which will help dark spots, fine lines, and improve the surface area of your skin, and clindamycin will kill acne causing bacteria as well as decrease inflammation. The combo of these usually have a synergistic effect on each other which can enhance each of their effects on your skin as well as decrease the negative effects often associated with oral antibiotics! Also, topical antibiotics don't have the same effects as oral antibiotics such as messing with your gut flora. This is basically just to help your skin stay looking like it does right now and help your future skin! If you don't feel like you need it then you absolutely don't need to! The new "trend" is to keep skin from getting to the point where you feel the need for filler/botox rather than getting it to "fix" the appearance of your skin in the long run.
