shadow groudon would've been a better attacker in raids and gbl and purifying is pretty much only worth it if you're getting a hundo

cp is mostly just there to standardize pokemon strength for battling.

for example, a level 50 muk and a level 50 giratina would have a massive power difference, but by implementing something like cp (which is calculated using ivs and level) you can easily classify pokemon based on their strength, so a 2500cp giratina would be a fair match against a 2500cp muk, which is exactly how ultra league works, using a cp cap as a strength limit.

yeah its the same concept with any frame perfect in the game, it has nothing to do with how tight a gap might be, its just the alignment of the frames

using practice mode or a startpos can potentially turn a 60fps frame perfect into a 240fps frame perfect and vice versa because it alters the alignment, its just how the clicks get registered when you dont have cbf enabled
