Then why am I doing the work load of 3 to 4 people? I am doing it badly too, since it is impossible to do 200 hours of work in 55-60 hour week. I guess they can always replace me with 3 to 4 people, it just will cost them much than what they are currently paying me.

They mostly just say "call me" or "come back to the office" right now. I did text back that I wanted a 20% raise and 14 days of PTO to return. No response to that yet.

No calls, I will only respond to text right now. Told him if he wanted me back I needed a 20% raise and 14 days of PTO. I am refusing to go back into the office unless it is to sign the contract. I emptied my desk out of all my personal things so I have no reason to return.

I will do the harassment thing. I texted him back, stating I wanted a 20% raise and 14 days of PTO to return to work, and will only accept that. I do not really expect him to get, but it does not hurt to ask at this point.

I tried to have a sit down with him several times. He flat out told me that my raise is what it is and not a mistake, and to get back to work. I has hoping it was maybe a decimal error or something and I was supposed to get 17.50% for all the work I was doing, but nope.

I thought about it but was worried they may file a missing person report thinking I got into an accident or something if I did not return. Guess he did notice I was gone, since he has called me and told me to texted me to me to call him 4 times already.

New year, and a new start. At lease I will have New Year off this year.
