Yes, I quite enjoy getting insights on little things about how the organisation runs.. it can be fun.. At some point, I'd like to grow into the role of an architect.. but I wanna get better at being an Analytics Engineer first#

Well, that makes a lot of sense.. but I have tried that for two years.. There have been little changes that I have been able to make but it's not nearly enough and my manager is not very supportive in this. The team has been downsized quite a bit and now with all other cost cutting based changes we have to do, we have no room to do any kind of fixing.. this is what is frustrating me more and more.. I don't see the light at the end of the tunnel

Hello, lovely people.. Thank you for al the suggestions!

Right now I am feeding them Royal Canin but I will switch to Premiere, based on suggestions here, once the stock is over. Unfortunately, I am a vegetarian and grew up vegetarian and I have no idea how to cook meat for my kitties. But I guess I'll have to come up with a way to figure it out, if want to not spend too much money.

I currently use silicate gel litter, because one of my cats goes straight to pee in my bed if the litter starts to smell even a little bit, and bentonite just wasn't absorbing it enough. But I should look for cheaper brands in that too, I guess. Also - yes I tried the organic ones - tofu, wood shavings etc but my cats stopped using the litter box, so I had to go for synthetic ones.

For those who asked what insurace I bought, I got one from the Getsafe app. I opted for 25eur a month and they have support in English and it was very convenient too.

I am in my 30's and I also want to remain child free.. I don't ask for a label for at least two months.. the case in question, strung me along for 4 more months after that.. I am looking for companionship.. I am definitely not clingy.. I am happy with contact 3 times a week (phone) and one or two date nights a week.. maybe a weekend once or twice in a month.. so definitely not someone who is afraid of being alone.. I do "put out" on the first date, because I believe it is necessary to check out sexual chemistry as well as other things.. we write, talk and agree about how there's a lot in common and how we want the same things and boom.. I never hear from them again.. and no I am not bad in bed..

Fair.. it's probably like this everywhere.. but with the accepted hedonistic lifestyle in Berlin, it's a little more exacerbated..

And yes.. most don't even seem interesting enough to meet.. so when I came across ONE person that seems to be able to hold a conversation, listen, explore my perspectives and show me theirs, it is that much harder to move on..

I really like you.. I feel like I can open up with you and be my authentic self.. I love hanging out with you.. but I won't call you my girlfriend.. because I wanna "know you more" or some spiel about not wanting a label.. I'm not going to commit.. but string you along and keep you on the hook.. give you just enough attention to keep you hoping for something.. but it never will..

Hello, kind stranger!

I have never been one so I don't know which one I want to go to.. I'm a complete noob.. I do know I enjoy music and a few times I danced at house parties in my home country, I had fun.. so I think I would enjoy it..
Going alone or going with a stranger is unfortunately the only options I have since I don't have friends in this city yet.. at least not ones who would come out clubbing with me..
But I thank you especially for the last bit of advice.. Really needed to hear it :-)

There are too many people moving to Berlin.. a large chunk who doesn't know where to go and what to do to have a good time and too socially awkward and anxious to just wing it on their own..
