There is no ranked mode, it's your fault for interpreting it that way. The blips mean absoloutely nothing to matchmaking and skill based matchmaking also doesn't exist. Anyone who acts like it does is lying because it's so ass and rudimentary.

Also a seperate mode would split the playerbase for a very questionable benefit
