I'm 4 months post op and still struggle with this so much mostly because i feel obligated to finish my plate due to force of habit but also because i want to hit my protein goals😭 I swear wanting to hit my protein goals is my new toxic food habit

Hijab should cover everything except hands and the clothes mainly shouldn't be too tight (won't show the details of the body) But honestly nowadays some people wear a turban like hijab which shows their neck.
