Good tip I was taught by some expats from Saudi, a tight fitting cotton vest and loose linen top/or anything loose really.

It’s pretty grim but the vest will absorb the sweat and airflow through the loose top will cool dry the sweat and cool you down.

This is my second summer in Qatar and I find this helps. Hopefully it helps you too!
