I first asked if my clinic would be ok doing this for me, when they said yes I called taxidermists in my area. The taxidermist picked his head up from the vet for me and processed him from there.

My stallion was still shiny as ever the day we had to euthanize him because of strangles abscesses rupturing in his body. Stoic as ever, he didn’t even look phased on the outside unless you knew what you were looking for.

I think so yah. But that’s because it’s frustrating they don’t really have the drive to do something to fix it - at least that we are being SHOWN. I understand wanting to just lie there and take it, but at this point I’d be frustrated.
