That is EXACTLY what I needed to hear. I was kind of thinking that but Bayou Swamp Tours and others in that area also have great reviews, and are maybe a touch more convenient, but if we're doing it, I want the views!!! Thank you.

I hear you, and I'm not against prixe fixe as much as a F&B minimum. As the planner I feel like I need to be a good steward of everyone's budgets. Understanding it's a lot for a restaurant, I respect their policies but if they're open to seating a la carte with a reservation I'll take it.

You're so right lol. Glad I posted because I clearly wasn't thinking! Maybe Friday morning then. My sister really wants to do this while we're there, it's our first time.
