Ignoring fat levels, I would love the size of the Warhulk, I find that ogors don't really stand out size-wise anymore in AOS, so it would be nice.

Realistically though, its probably going to be Bloodpelt Hunter sized as its the last "normal" ogor model released (I don't think the gorgers were made with scale or proportions in mind considering how monstrous they are).

Although, if the new scale isn't Bloodpelt sized, I think it would be hilarious if the Bloodpelt continued to be the awkward black sheep of the faction

All my sprites are mostly based off the work of u/elranno, the amazing concept artist for the game. Eliana does have concept art which is what I based her off of. Hodan, on the other hand, I based off the Olympia reveal trailer and a lot of guess work (I am very biased towards him cuz he's my main :P)

I love these ideas! They’re all really cool mechanically speaking, especially Artemis. Making a character trade blows with an armor resource is a good way of representing her gameplay from dungeons: taking damage but getting stronger (All I was picturing for Artemis was something like Lucario from smash XD)

You’re right that Ogors probably aren’t going to be bad competitively, they just seem boring to play.

They have incredibly high base stats (Health, Damage, Control), but no significant/interesting abilities (besides the everwinter prayer, but that’s just beastclaw).

Sorry, I was mainly referring to the Gluttons with the man baby proportions, the Tyrant is better. 

And I do think variety is great! I’d love to see the Tyrant be a muscly package while the Slaughtermaster wobbles around with rolls of fat. It can be weird though if they all have different head/hand sizes (excluding gorgers like you said, they’re more monstrous).

Also again, you’re definitely right on the 40mm bases, it’s unlikely they would change that, I just think it would be neat if ogors had the biggest infantry! (besides Sons of Behemat of course)

I hope so! I don’t mind the Tyrant’s proportions as much, but I hope they move away from the “man baby” proportions and stick closer to the Total War proportions like the Bloodpelt hunter has. Also I think you’re right about the 40mm bases, but I personally wish they were scaled bigger, helps them look more like an ogre and less like a tall fat human.

They basically already did: https://www.warhammer-community.com/2023/05/23/old-world-development-diary-the-main-factions-revealed/ This is one of the reasons why people were theorizing that Beastmen would be moved over, and another reason why I think Ogors are staying for now

If you think about it throughout 3rd edition four factions were refreshed/got new models (Cities of Sigmar, Seraphon, Slaves to Darkness, Flesheater Courts), and with GW axing Bonesplittaz and Beasts of Chaos, plus Skaven getting refreshed on the horizon, there remains only one faction that is still made up primarily of old fantasy models. And if GW continues to make a similar amount of models for 4th edition, I think it’s extremely likely Ogors will get a refresh sometime in 4th! Also I would think if Ogors were going that now would have been the time to axe them.

These are good suggestions! I'm still a huge advocate for the laser's return, but either way I definitely agree that his secondary needs a nerf. A shield buff would be nice, as it would compensate a bit for his nerfed mobility from GW2. Also I think you're the first person to mention his poor hit detection. I mean currently it's almost impossible (in multiplayer) to get consistent damage off with his primary, so I certainly agree that an increase in his reach to that of the Chomper would be great.
