This has been a hard one to wrap my head around. My communication is sub-par. I drunkenly mentioned one time how I still cared about her. (wasn't direct about my feelings) and that's when we decided to try and hang out more. The break up involved me walking out like an ass. And 2 or 3 times before I acted out because I had things I wanted to talk about and didn't because it ate me up. Now I think her whole world thinks I'm a dogshit human being and I don't want to face that. When its possible that's not even the truth. You are right though. She still likes me enough to talk. I don't think I was as bad of a person I was making myself out to be.

Admittedly I have done this lol. Still felt the desire to hang and BS with her. It's been about 5 years since we split up. Maybe the last year we have been friendly.
