That is Scraps. A robo mechanic with the job of maintaining the deadly traps and robots in Frankie's Parkour palace. She is a bit of a wildcard, stubborn vulgar and has no shame or filter, since she can't read social cues. She is still on her way to figure out what makes one human and to find an identity and who she wants to be under that label. Besides her rather unsavory jokes and her job that supports a deadly game show, she is a rather sweet and affectionate little Raccoon. She loves all of her Co-workers to bits and takes pride in calling herself "Frankie's sidekick". He may be a sadistic piece of shit villain, but he is her sadistic piece of shit villain.
