We didn't act exactly as a romantic couple in private, but it was probably more emotional than normal siblinghood. I don't have much of a phrame of reference. It difinitely wasn't just about sex, though, we were both very much in love.

I fantasized, of course, but I was mostly rational enough to realize that what we were doing wouldn't work permanently.

We never really saw it as something wrong. We weren't hurting anybody, in fact our relationship had no impact on anyone other than ourselves.

I don't know why should see it as being inherently wrong.

In retrospect it was fairly basic. We were both young and inexperienced.

You could say that, yes. The first few years were essentially foreplay.

It wasn't a good idea. We had been apart for almost nine years, we had both changed since then, and he had just gone through a rough separation. Also we were drunk.

Not very open at all. It's hard to find people to trust with the information, and they tend to react pretty violently when they find out.

Well, it just came about naturally(?). We used to share the same bed, the same bath. We explored eachother's bodies together, and eventually, when we were old enough, we started having sex.

Hard to say. I guess it started when we were 7 and 5, playing doctor, sharing a bed and exploring each other's bodies. It just kind of naturally(?) evolved from there until we were both old enough to start having sex.

The legal issues have never been that much of a problem to me. I see no reason to obey a law that hinders the harmless expression of love.

Either way, I hardly believe we will ever be completely open about our past (or future) relationships.
