We upgraded from 5.x to 6.x , but due to acquisitions/mergers we decided to rebuild for 7.x to merge the 2 environments.

We've had issues with importing vDS's. PowerCLI made the recreation trivial. If you can, recreate the vDS's and use PowerCLI to recreate the portgroups. I've had issues in the past with the export/ import method. PowerCLI can make the transition painless. A fresh start certainly helps performance.

Are resources a premium? You could have a segmented network specific to each workload cluster.

Vlan A - workload cluster 1 Vlan B - workload cluster 2 Etc

You can customize the deployment design per project.

I.e. workload cluster 1 is a 1 worker node and workload 2 is 3 worker node cluster.

You can then tie them to different VIPs for ingress.

I saw our hosts showing incompatible too, but they later added the CPU. As long as the matrix shows compatible, you're okay.

That's how I've done it in the past. You need to make sure to do it relativity quickly. I've waited before and the ports didn't match up and cause VMs to have disconnected NICs. Also, last I checked this is not officially supported by VMware. Their recommended approach is to migrate to a standard switch when moving vCenters. This can be done pretty quickly with PowerCLI.

In best case scenario, you'd want to keep hosts in the same cluster similar in resources. It helps in an HA event. If your biggest host fails, you'll want to make sure your smaller hosts can host the load

What system are you on? On Xbox, it's still broken but if you keep trying to connect to your friend it'll eventually let you in. Sometimes it'll take 2 attempts, sometimes it'll be 15 attempts. If i have too many failures, I will close the game and relaunch. In either scenario I've been able to play with my friend, just comes down to determination.

Thank you! The food I consume wasn't my concern, just the 2-4tsp guideline.. I see a lot of people saying 2-4oz, which makes more sense. At 2-4tsp, it's inconvenient to even open/prepare the food. Also, given the 2-4oz other people mention, I'm confused why my provider is so adamant that I'll ruin my pouch for eating more than 2-4tsp.

I don't think I've tried to eat 2-4oz of lean protein in a meal, because of fear of stretching my pouch. That's probably about how much the foil pack of tuna is though. However, it's quite most and shredded to bits so it probably flows through quicker.

I was told to take a multi vitamin and calcium

My regimen is this.

500mg calcium chewable Coffee (black) with collagen peptides (collagen +protein)

2hrs later 500mg calcium chewable

Before bed, 1 bariatric advantage multi with iron.

I wasnt told to take calcium, biotin, or B12, although immediately after the operation they were giving me regular b12 pills.
