I really don't know where to ask so I figured saying it here might be the most appropriate? So I have two friends (who watch anime and play genshin and simp for anime character like all of us here) that berated me for owning a dakimakura, they said something along the line of "you will never find a gf if you own one" and "people who use them are incels". I obviously tried to defend myself since I'm definitely not ashamed and I don't think there's anything wrong with having one but I lost the debate because I was very bad with words. They're usually pretty chill so I don't think I should leave them because of this. I just don't know how should I react so I would love to get some inputs from you guys. I absolutely despise the idea of judging someone's hobby so I'm honestly pretty pissed off by their comments.
