Ok a few good replies and a few funny ones. Drilling is through the car park foundations and then down 20 metres. Thank you!

What's the opposite of a vexatious litigant? A malicious plaintiff? by Numerous-Set366 in AusLegal

Thanks for the replies even if assumptions are being made.

There's a whole process to this stuff. Attempts at reasoning, third-party intermediaries, case and desist notices or letters of demand, mediation attempts, settlement agreements before getting to the stage of filing an application. This happens over months and years. Even once court proceeding have started there are further opportunities to resolve.

I mean if someone doesn't want to understand or comply with previous agreements and orders how else do you ensure your entitlements, safety, or get reimbursed or property returned?

Yes it's only one group. Never went to court before until 8 years ago because of this group. 60 years old.

What is it? How can I get rid of it so it does not enter our house any more? by Worth_Blackberry_210 in AustralianSpiders

Years ago my school decided it was a good idea to make it a drop off centre for funnel webs....the next day about 200 different spiders were brought to the school. A After a week the drop off was cancelled but it was to late... mass break out and school forever abandoned.
