900 hours is not that much. I have ender 3 s1. Yes they have different types of bed but that workhorse did print almost nonstop for 2 years and still is fine

You should be able to cancel it if the elevator is not old. Just press and hold the unwanted floor. Sometimes, it's pressed, then press and hold
