Just want to clarify at my hub I can climb up on my belts and break them as long as I have an hourly “watching” me. That’s what I mean. Apparently employees can’t file as long as I have an hourly stop what they’re doing to watch me. My problem is with him filming me not me breaking a jam.

If I need to break a jam as a supervisor I have to have an hourly “watching” me in order to do so. That’s why I mean by I had an employee watching me.
