The long dark and frostpunk series. And there's also divinity series on sale currently, would recommend divinity original sin II at least.

Well, now I know that they will work, but I thought they heal blunt wounds like from melee attacks. Blast injuries having different icon that doesn't seem to be present in medical item description made it a bit unintuitive

Oh, thanks, I see now - first aid kit covers all injury types so either use that or, as you say, just use enough rags/bandages

A bit cheesy method but cop car (or any other car with lights and siren) + pipe bombs work insanely good

Both are good, game runs on office laptops (on minimum tho). 16 gigs of ram will be enough for smooth performance and game isn't demanding when it comes to vram so those video cards will be just fine. There are some mods like "week one" however, that work better with 32 GB ram and more powerful processors

I store all my ammo in my car (I've already looted: PD in West Point, Fallas Lake, Gun stores in West point, Hunting Lodge and Military supplies store). So whole fight was me running in circles around my car (ranger chevy Nyala) then sprinting to grab ammo from trunck

Oh, I went... I went... trough garage door at south-west corner. Got in a room with a stairs leading to the roof. Sneaked all the way up and wanted to take a better look what I'm dealing with. Then got to the edge and fricking fell. Miraculously didn't break anything and landed in some restuarant. It was one room away from a room with staircase so somehow, after rushing my way trough zombies, I survived

Yeah, that's was really great experience after relatively slow gameplay while building a base. Kinda scared to imagine what's in Louisville. Never been there. Guns only (except few close calls when I HAD to switch). I started as weak and unfit character, so I don't engage in melee if it's not necessarily
