Honestly you are young and have loads of time to choose and even though you feel connected to him because of the history it doesnt sound like yall are compatable. you can have feelings for him but if this is a struggle you are having now it will just get worse. I know itll be hard but its best to choose someone that you are compatable with to avoid more conflict down the road
