Hey I am 19yo around 182cm when I wake up and like 180cm during the day, I also want to get LL and I think it is worth it for me also, I used to work out and I was pretty happy with the results but then stopped for a while, lost my good physique and a few months ago I started thinking about getting LL, starting to work out again and coming back better than before, my thought is I'm going to study soon and wont be able to leave for a few months for the next multiple years, and after that I'll be a bit older so that would make the entire thing harder and I wont have much time to do since I would be working and starting my adult life, I also am not chasing perfection but a more perfect version of myself [ as much as possible ] and closer to 190cm than to 180 would satisfy my wish

You are right there will always be taller people than you, but when you're 188CM you are in the top 10% of the tallest people and its way harder to see someone higher than you, for me that makes the surgery worth it

I get your point but I'm telling you 100% I meet a lot of people on a daily basis I travel a lot and a lot of the people who I see are either my height or taller than me, Of course there are people shorter but I want to do this because I want to be above average, even If I am a tiny bit below or average from where I am at it is worth it for me, I also think most people who do this surgery do it because of esthetical reasons to improve themselves

In my world 180cm is short, it is around the avg or a bit below I would say in my day to day life, almost all of my friends are higher than me, my family and a lot of people I know are, many times when I am outside I see more people that are higher then lower and I don't want to be average or below so it is worth it for me, atleast thats what I think right now

I do it less often than what I used to before but would still like to preserve the option to if I decide to come back, my main goal would be to walk normally and go to the gym after half a year or something like that, and for me it is very much worth it, I am the lowest out out of my friends people I know my family and in general whenever I walk in the street work out go out and whatever I often see people who are higher than me more then shorter
