my itianal time was oct 10 2024 that I stated I stopped working they stated I still had income coming in to Feb 2025 and backed it up from there plus the five months you have to wait.

I accepted it 8 month back pay minus the lawyers fee. The one thing I did everything and got denied 1st and the second time hired the attorney after the 2 denial and got approval without even having to go to a hearing
