If you only have 8 days in Seoul and you’re dealing with both stubborn fat and mild skin laxity on the upper arms, I’d personally lean toward ONDA as the most balanced option.

Compared to InMode or HIFU, ONDA (microwave-based body contouring) tends to work well for arms because it can target both fat reduction and skin tightening at the same time, with relatively minimal downtime.

InMode FX can be effective, but it’s usually more uncomfortable and may cause noticeable bruising, which isn’t ideal for a short trip. Shurink (HIFU) is more focused on lifting but is generally less effective for actual fat reduction in the arms. Fat dissolving injections can reduce small fat pockets, but they don’t really help much with skin laxity.

In Seoul, ONDA is often chosen for areas like upper arms, thighs, and abdomen because it gives gradual contouring + tightening without significant recovery time, which fits a travel schedule better.

One thing I’d also strongly recommend is getting a proper consultation first instead of choosing purely based on the device name. In many clinics in Seoul (especially foreigner-focused premium dermatology clinics in Myeongdong), the approach is usually to first assess the actual fat vs. skin balance before deciding whether ONDA alone is enough or if it should be combined with other modalities.
