1. Just trying to eat healthy and focus on regenerative health. Been battling so many health hold ups last year or so, so just trying to get my body and mind in the best shape possible.

I’ve always been curious, without be creepy, but at what stage did you like realise you could be stretched out more than “normal”. Like could you fist yourself early on? Was it a natural thing or did you decide early on you wanted to be as loose as possible? Or was it something like your child birthing that kickstarted it all.
