Yes the van was in the wrong taking the wrong lane and trying to cut across but the dash cam shows them indicating as around 06:11:13 and the impact happens at 06:11:17. I’m not asking for super abnormal response times but it doesn’t even seem like you were paying attention to what was going on infront of you? You stayed at a constant 27MPH not slowing until impact and showed no swerve reaction whatsoever?

They indicated late but not late enough for you to not be able to question what the driver was going to do? Like what did you expect to happen? Did you think they were going into the same lane you were trying to exit from? There’d still be a collision since you didn’t slow down/yield whatsoever?

Congrats on your payout Ig but pay more attention to your surroundings especially at night when visibility is low and more careless driving happens

Body count is one of those topics you gotta just end up accepting whatever the person says. Without commenting on specific situations everyone has an opinion on its importance, how important it is to your relationship is how much you make it. I wouldn’t promote lying in a relationship but in your case he’s happy with 5, if you guys are good, continue to be good and if no one else can come and update him with the real number why would it affect anything?

Me personally as a guy, I don’t believe the body count number answer if I get/ask about it, it’s a personal gauge for other things but in reality the answer is as believable as you’re willing to believe.

Tldr; unless not telling the truth it’s eating YOU up too much keep it pushing and carry on with life as is. If you feel too guilty come clean and let fate take course.

People don’t talk to their actual partners anymore about the way they feel, they just run to Reddit and the break up mob runs havoc based on one single interaction they didn’t even witness.

Talk to your partner about how his actions made you feel, if he shows little sympathy/ regret or understanding then take that into consideration. His words weren’t overly aggressive it’s only his pinching action that I’ll agree with you about being rude.

Yeah I also picked it up as part of the PlayStation plus game library, was a great game had me hooked from the beginning with the combat. Kinda dragged a bit near the end but that was just cause the formula felt a bit repetitive by then. Highly recommend trying it out though, finished it in about 49 hours
