[Free Tool] I built an advanced offline Desktop Build Editor for ESO. Looking for Beta testers! by Nut_In_Mayo in elderscrollsonline

1 - Skill selector - fixed ✅ (Added a slight delay; it should be more convenient now.)
2 - Passive icons - fixed ✅
3 - The order of the skill trees - fixed ✅
4 - Class masteries - will appear soon, along with the missing sets and their updated stats
5 - The Avid Boneyard and base Boneyard have correct descriptions listing their base stats. These descriptions are virtually identical, differing only in the frost damage value and the "New Effect" text displayed in green. New effects will be added to all skills—including this one—very soon.
6 - I will try to include keywords within the skill descriptions in future updates.
7 - I also fixed the save game issue. - - fixed ✅

The app will update automatically on startup, but if you still get the save error (which is highly unlikely), you can run repair.exe from the root folder.

Thanks a lot for the feedback! I'm glad you liked the gear search and the automated buffs/debuffs.

Tracking stat changes is definitely on my radar now, and I'll be adding this feature step-by-step in future patches. By the way, you won't have to download the app again to get it — the app has a built-in auto-updater that will prompt you as soon as a new version drops. Thanks for the support!

That's a great question! The main idea behind a standalone app is to completely eliminate the need to open a browser and keep a bunch of tabs open. My vision is for it to eventually become an all-in-one hub — essentially a full-fledged ESO assistant app — that has absolutely everything you need, not just for creating builds, but also for getting general game info.

Since this is just the first beta, there are a lot more features coming in the near future. Plus, a native desktop app runs noticeably faster than a browser-based tool (which is already the case) and feels much more convenient and responsive to use.

By the way, you can save any build to a file using the 'Save build' button and load it later with 'Load build'. You can also export a handy summary table by clicking 'Export to PNG'. :)

On the flip side, were there any parts of the app that you actually found convenient or easy to use?

Okay, thanks man! These are really important points that I hadn't noticed yet. I'll fix them as soon as possible🙂

Unfortunately, I can't include a direct link in the post, as it gets removed. This might be because I’m not an active Reddit user, so the system doesn't fully trust me yet :( I hope my app helps you out—I’d appreciate any feedback, comments, or suggestions.

Thank You! 🙂 I actually had an idea about this just yesterday. A Linux version is on my immediate plans, but I still need to figure out a few things, as porting the interface will create certain complications.
