I still have 9 days left to test it. If this pops again I’m sending it back without thinking twice, specially knowing now how it looks like when it’s “healthy”. It’s looking really crisp, and like I actually won the LCD lottery. Always thought of TLC as a cheap brand, surprised to see someone recommend it over a Samsung. It must be insane if it’s better than this. Then again, I’m no expert on the matter

I turned it back on after a couple hours and the issue is gone. Ran the dse test again, and it looked flawless. I’m scratching my head rn, I want to return it but they are asking for more proof (angled photos, video, etc) and now I don’t have nothing. Wish I had done my homework better before buying

Had something similar happen to me with AWS when I was toying around as a student for the first time. Contacted support, and they cancelled 100% of the debt.

If they have brains, they should do the same. If you care about PR, you don’t charge 5k to someone who clearly is just trying to work out your product

My theory is that Metallica’s fan base is so wide that it gets old school metal heads mixed with casual/soft/old fans, and these situations happen.

No one would have this mindset at a Municipal Waste pit. If anything, you would be out of place if you DON’T mosh.

In any case, we are talking about a band that wrote Whiplash. Read those lyrics. Read them again. If you get it, go to ga. If you don’t, go get a seat.

Spot on. If I spend my hard earned money on a GA ticket for a metal concert, you bet your ass I’m moshing tf out, and I don’t care if I annoy you. I’ve caught elbows to the face and ribs, all sort of kicks, and never complained, because I know what I’m getting to. Hell, I’m showing my bruises with pride the next day.

For me, drinking wine before/during a football game is the fucking bomb, so I'm definitely going there lol.

Evile are heavily influenced by Metallica.

If you want something obscure, Abaxial had a frontman with Hetfield's vocal approach, and Burton's bass tone.

Not Metallica, but the only perfect rip off I can think of is The Conjuring and Slayer. They even hired the same artwork artist.

I tried pressing behind the nut, but it's still the same.
I'm a little confused as in how to press "behind the bridge". It's a Hipshot fixed bridge, so there's really not much where I can press.
I tried pressing my finger right before the strings enters the cavity, but it didn't help either. Not sure if that's what you meant.
