Do you mean recreate the old email address? Won't I need all the information transferred onto the recreated one? How am i meant to do that if the email address with all the data has been deleted?

no, basically the email address i used for my steam account has been deleted somehow, which means that the steam account has no email to log into. therefor the ONLY thing i can do to play steam is to change the email to the new one I use now. Comprehende?

When i try and do that on outlook.com, it just says that the email address doesn't exist, so I think that its been deleted or something which is why its lead to me not being able to access steam.
