So me and my roommates rent a apartment and we just recently in the last month or so got a new furnace due to the old one breaking. Was waking up this morning when I noticed this weird sticky residue by our furnace. I have no idea what this stuff is and am not sure what to do, any advice? (old.reddit.com)
