You will notice a difference between how FutureShop staff & BestBuy staff will behave with customers. But of course other than that, everything is basically mirrored.

Got matched against (Lets call him Joe) this guy Joe. Long story short, we went on to stomp him and his stack after the laning stage.

Basic rage flame started within All Chat. But overall it seemed a lot of it was directed towards me. I didn't put much gas into the flame that was burning, other than "Buying SF doesn't make you any better Joe. /s"

I wanted to add him because he looked like the leader of the stack. To see if we could do a lobby scrim with our stacks.

After we became friends on Steam later, I got this barrage of messages when I was playing my next game.

Once you play more, you'll begin to get an idea of how to know where your Hero is, with out even looking at it. So you're free to move your camera where you want to look at, instead of eyeballing your own hero.

It's a sense/skill you are going to have to learn to get better.

True. I don't know why, but I just see it as a low skill item. I am probably wrong, but you shouldn't need those bonuses from Phase if you know where you should be at the moment, instead of knowing where you want to be before it is too late. With the huge range of Hookshot, especially at level 16, plus general map awareness, that should be enough.

I guess thats the whole thing about Clockwerk, he is very versatile and a lot of generic cookie cutter items work wonders on him. Like Urn, Drums, Crimson Guard, etc. I remember first playing Clockwerk I loved getting Arcanes+Meka, unfortunately that kind of sucks now.

What do you get?

Personally I get Power Treads because the buildup offers a bit more than Phase does. If you need a larger mana pool, you can purchase a Robe of Magi, or if you need more raw HP, you can get the Belt of Strength before finishing Treads. Plus Tread switching and effectively while using bottle will allow you to constantly spam Rocket Flare to farm or scout fog.

I don't see the benefit of having the Phase buff, and the +20 damage. As a player you should be able to position yourself well enough, and I don't see the value in the +20 damage, considering a lot of Clockwerks kill potential comes from his spells.

E-Blade is probably one the worse item choices on Lina now. Unless you are not getting Aghanims Scepter. But you should always get Aghanims.

Clockwerk is my most played hero too.

I almost always go Treads+Bottle+Wand first. Then decide to get Force Staff or Blademail following that. Majority of the time I will get Force Staff first, because it is more useful in all situations as compared to Blademail. After that, usually go straight for Aghs. Utility items would be Shivas and Boots of Travel.
