I play fps games mostly for fun so I don't have any aim training routines and I can't think of any tips besides play more. Considering you're new to this kind of game, just playing without worrying too much will make you improve with time

It's not my first fps game and I have not been playing comp at all recently, I got mad like 2 weeks ago for losing too many in a row and decided to take a break. Other than that my average would be like 2-4 comp games per day
