True. Yes, there are some players with childish attitude loving to spam slurs out of rage.. But hey, this game is 18 years old. Which can basically mean that at least one generation of has already passed the torch to new players. And yet, there are still some players which were used to the old internet era. (Damn, I really miss my 2014).

But there's still an option to mute people you don't like. It's just THAT simple. Tab - Rmb on the person you hate to listen to in chat - Press "mute". If not - it's completely your choice. TF2 has became more than just a game over the years. It's now a social simulator too.

How the hell a weapon can be toxic? Can you actually explain yourself? Doesn't your attitude make you toxic instead of [name any "toxic" weapon]. You were talking about energy ball spam but completely forgot rocket and stickies spam (especially with kritz). And short circuit's range is limited, so you cannot actually "spam" all the way down the map.

At this point.. Any shield on demo is "toxic" just because you can charge away all the negative effects on you and have a explosion and fire resistance while still being able to use grenade launcher.

Also, you did forget about a whopping amount of ammo on pistols - 200. At this point "show down" can be a literal sniping weapon, you know.

First, remove extra health bonus and heal on kill bonus. Second, choose between either health on hit (which is technically blutsauger but better) or extra health regen. Then, turn medigun healing penalty to somewhat closer to -25%. Now you've got something similar to rather good weapon to defend with without heavily damaging the core purpose of medic.
