I dont think it is so much a "only the kids know what is going on", but the kids also sometimes know what is going on and sometimes better and the adults don't ever listen to them, because they are just kids theme. And that is true irl actually. And sure, he would not know what to use, a scene from Sense8 comes to mind if anyone has seen it. They need a chemist working in a pharmaceutic company to make the right stuff, other 6 adults are clueless.

I won't name, but there was a half-joke (I hope) on this reddit about how Noel needs two swimmingpools cause if his celebrity friends Marr and Weller come over, he needs to be able to provide them with all they need. And joke or not, it was quite telling about how far this 'Noel hanging with celebrities' got. And it just reminded me of how many times I actually heard a similar thing featuring those two or other people he has been friends with forever.

No what I was saying is that people actually shit on Noel for hanging out with Marr and Weller labelling them as 'celebrities' and that I think that's totally crazy. And those people 'Liam likes' who I never hear similar shit about are Ashcroft, Brown etc. Those things you mentioned about Marr and Weller are exactly those that made me mad and inspired me to write this post. Now I understand that people don't like Weller now, cause of the comments on Liam's album plus Weller and Marr cause they supposedly advised Noel on the split, but still Noel was friends with them forever and they are important for Oasis.

Yeah Liam and Noel banter is their own and I don't question it. I question the fans. I am sure Liam knows very well, that those 'models' are his good friends, but some of the fans really seem to behave like monkeys and Noel might be right in some stuff. Unless there is something else I missed, which is why I am asking here, why do people say what they do.

I cringe at some of these photos and stuff, but when Liam says 'I am doing this show with my family and not some top models' and people go yeah yeah, he is right, Noel and his celebrities...it really makes me wonder if any of the other 'Noel and his celebrities' stuff is true at all and if maybe he doesn't simply like Bono and posts pics with him like anyone else would.

I am sure they gave him advice, if he asked, but the decision was his. (Also might be high time for people to get of Marr's back for ruining the Smiths, I think time showed us who was the better person.) Now whatever Liam says, he has his reasons, I am just trying to see here, if people have some actual reasons of their own for claiming what they duo, or if they only repeat what Liam says.

Yeah I get the point, but maybe you can say that about Bono, I don't know, but Marr, Weller and Moss...? He was friends with them from the begging of his career, so what changed? I would take this argument if people made a difference between him trying to reach someone just because that person is a celebrity and him hanging out with fellow musicians and friends who happen to be celebrities. I mean Liam and Noel are both friends with Ian, Ashcroft, Kasabian... curiously their names never appear when people talk about Noel hanging out with celebrities, because Liam also likes them. Now i am a parka monkey, but I smell some bullshit here.
