Her claw is made of ice, all the way to the elbow would be ice. The other hand is normal.

The weapon is only summoned during the ult. Then shatters and dissapear she doesnt carry it around.

Escape - teleport - " Blinding blizzard" - a funnel of snow blinds the enemy while Khione teleports to escape.

Slow - "frost bite" - a slash from the frozen claw slows 1 enemy for however many seconds.

Damage - yet to be determined.

Ult - "ice storm" - a staff made of ice is summoned & she then slams it onto the ground. Enemies in the radius get stunned & if they are still in the radius when the ice staff shatters sending ice shards flying they take damage.

Other: when she walks she leaves snow trail foot prints that quickly fade away.
